Welcome to the Inclusive Counselors & Rehabilitation Association (ICRA). By accessing our website, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.

Membership and Services

ICRA offers memberships (Individual and Institutional) and facilitates access to services such as Group Accidental Insurance (Divya Suraksha) through third-party partners like TATA AIG. ICRA itself is not an insurance provider but acts as a facilitator for its members.

• Members must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Membership approval is subject to verification by the ICRA administration.
• Insurance claims and policy specific terms are governed strictly by the insurance provider (TATA AIG).

Donations and Contributions

All donations made to ICRA are used to fund our various projects including policy advocacy, mentorship, and financial inclusion for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). Donations are non-refundable once processed.

Limitation of Liability

ICRA will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with our website and services, including the denial of any insurance claims by third-party providers.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
